Quality Assurance department consists of five different units; Raw Material, Process Control, Microbiology, Final Product and R&D.

Quality Assurance Department focuses on high quality and customer satisfaction while achieving company goals by performing physical, chemical and microbiological analysis at every segment of production.

Özgörkey has four on site laboratories namely; raw material control, process-final product control and microbiological laboratories Özgörkey A.Ş. is certified by ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000 and BRC.
